If you’re on the north side I can recommend a senior stylist who works in a leading boutique salon in town where they charge €90-140 for a cut depending on length, she charges around €45 from home.

City Look in Harold’s Cross is very reasonably priced for a short-hair haircut anyway, and Nick there is absolutely brilliant.
