Really enjoyed the run yesterday, lovely route, the crowd were amazing and not a drop of rain, which was forecasted all week! Only minor criticism is the drinks stations, thought they could have been positioned better. A couple of them were on corners, which was a strange place to put them and caused a lot of congestion.

Yes I agree and in some cases they were only on one side of the road which meant crossing over other runners to get water!

First time doing this half marathon after missing out last year and thought it was excellent! The course was fantastic and the support throughout the course was amazing. That sneaky hill at 20km nearly did me in though haha

PB of 4 mins and finished with 1:37.

I like the fact it was moved to May, think its a good start to the summer race series.

What a super race (again), as mentioned above, the weather was perfect, the organization excellent and the support off the charts. Loved running many of normal routes around Raheny, St Annes and Coast Road. Delighted with the 1:30 (just) and 6th in my old age group.

Absolutely loved this race, first time doing it this year. The support was phenomenal - best I've ever experienced even better than the full marathon I thought. Loved running by all the landmarks, loved there was no wind at Clontarf. The last 2k was very twisty and turney and I thought it might never get to the end but wow the wall of sounds for those last few hundred meters was special. Can't wait to do it again!
