Woodbrook Shankill electrical chargers at home

Hi everyone — hoping to get some clarity on electric vehicle chargers for our estate.

The contracts are quite vague on this, and given what’s been happening with similar developments recently, I’d like a better understanding of where we stand.

Specifically for the 4-bed houses on the main road: is anyone aware of whether EV chargers can be installed in our parking spaces? And have the contractors included electrical points to support this?
