Alarm on Battery just went off. Inverter dead

    So an alarm from the battery just went off. The Solis inverter is not responding and is completely blank. No fuses have tripped. I've had no power outage. The ac and DC trip are in an on position. The app is not communicating.
    I was reading the inverter may need sunlight to start running and failing that do a hard reset.
    If neither works in the morning what's the likely prognosis - am I looking at a complete inverter unit replacement. Do I get the people who did the initial instal in. Was an Oct 2023 instal . Worried.

    You should have at least a 5-year warranty on the inverter. I'd contact the installer if a reset doesn't work

    If the battery hit a low voltage condition and turned off, the solis inverter won't turn on until it gets solar again.

    The newer/possibly newer firmware solis hybrids will stay on now afaik.

    It should be back on now

    Are you able to pull up the history from yesterday on the solis app, ideally showing battery soc.
