Solar Grant issue

Last summer I got an 8.1Kwp system installed. All working fine with no issues. However, the installation company were a pack of idiots and were removed from the SEAI grant list before my grant was processed. The SEAI have said thet I can get another company to submit the documents but it's prroving very difficult to get someone to do it.
Do I have any options here? Has anuone else been in this situation?

Irish Solar Owners Group on Facebook has a number of installers active on it.
A couple of them are very helpful when people are let down by cowboy installers.

I took them to the small claims and won. They just are ignoring the ruling.
Their cru is prosecuting their sparks for not been registered and doing work.
SEAI are useless. I’m on the list for warmer home. So once I get the house done I’ll bring a case against them too
