Nope, think you might be confusing them from olives.

So I know it's just gone 8am, but I'm already thinking about this evenings dinner.

I've a long day in the hospital (patient) and I'm absolutely 100% getting Sprezzatura for dinner. Now, what I am getting I have yet to decide, but having had pasta from there before, I know it'll be unreal.

I'm thinking of the beef cheek rigatoni, or the bolognaise. Any recommendations, pass them on. 😋🤤

Is that the hospital menu? Very nice. If I hadn’t had sausages for dinner already this week, I’d have the sausage fennel ragu.

Nope, I wish it was tho! God if that was the hospital menu, I wouldn't be ordering from any place! 😂

These are the dishes from Sprezzatura that are on Deliveroo.

I am insanely jealous of the delivery options many people closer in to Dublin have.

Though it's probably for the best we don't.

Sous-vide duck breast, gratin, creamed spinach. Not pictured, red wine sauce.

Not sure about the creamed spinach, but everything else hit the spot.

    Looks superb @Dave_The_Sheep.

I have some breaded chicken that I'll cook in the air fryer, with potatoes, green beans and a tomato, basil, cream sauce.

Can you point me in the direction of a sous - vide for home use & is it worth it.

    Super looking meal btw

    A coddle-ish dish.

I have the old version of the Breville Joule, they bought out Joule/Chefsteps. I haven't had any problems, but I won't claim it's the best on the market or anything; it's the only one I have experience with. The accompanying app is very convenient though, control everything on your phone and can check when it's done/turn on/turn off etc, remotely.

It's not something you'll be using every day, but it's excellent for steaks, pork chops, chicken, etc. I've been dicking around with doing veg in it and so far it's something that'll give you consistent results with veg every time, but I'm not sure I'd always bother. Anything you're searing after though, definitely worth it, or for batch cooking meats. That being said, if you didn't want the expense, I'm sure you could get not dissimilar results with a reverse sear.

Had a meatloaf in freezer so just had to defrost and roast it. And knock up a sauce and pasta. It's basically a big beef and pork meatball but handier than making individual ones! Firm family favorite.

    Veggie stew with wine.

Sloppy fry with vegetarian chicken strips.

Not really enough space in the pan for everything but not too much to warrant using a second one.

Ribs… I have never had them, nor know where to buy them or cook them! Are they beef ribs? Looks very nice…

They were just from Lidl. I went in looking for a pork thing but couldn't find it so I went with them. They were fine.

Meh.. Felt like there was a little too much leek - in this leek dish 🙊.

Just wasn't great at all. I got half way through it thinking it wasn't that bad but then just gave up & didn't even finish it.

Ham, cheese, tomato and red onion toasties here today.

We weren't in the mood for a full dinner, but we really fancied toasties, and they hit the spot.

I'd have loved a toastie for dinner 😆

sandwichs/toasties are my second favourite food item (pizza gets the number one spot 🥇🤤)

Made it. The prawns were delicious in it, thanks for the idea 🤌

Made with linguine because I don't like tagliatelle. Kiddos loved that there was prawns in this but said they preferred the first garlic one I made. That's only because they knew this was the tomato version, even though I got lucky with the pack & there wasn't even any tomato chunks 🤷‍♀️

(Pasta was made same as before - with the 'aglio e olio' method. Then tossed everything together. prawns were cooked in Cajun seasoning just because I'm a sucker for over complicating things)

@Dave_The_Sheep I would leap out of my seat if I was served that meat 😱.. My kiddos on the other hand would sign themselves up to be adopted by you 😄

Bacon eye loin joint, air fried… it's quite salty, and even though I'm a salt fiend, I might soak it in water next time.

With freekeh (one of my favourite grains), green olives, cucumber and tomato salad with lemon juice, oregano and olive oil. Lemon and coriander hummous.

Peppers stuffed with mushroom and onions. Baby potatoes. Lots of bits of beef.

There's no way to make it look pretty.
