Mt point was that actions such as abolishing USAID and the closure of Hormuz (the latter being an entirely predictable result of Trump's war) are almost certain to result in very large numbers of deaths. I know that we don't have any definite count (yet), but the reckess and predictable effects of Trump's actions put him in the top ranks of killers.

They seem in very good form afterwards....

Yep we all remember as Joe Biden egged on that insurrection. There was also a MAGA guy who plotted to kill Biden back in 2023. Then there's Charlottesville(good people on both sides though), the proud boys. That's not to mention civilian killings by ICE and Trump declared each victim a terrorist. MAGA has plenty of violence that is backed by the actual president. Other notably far right attacks include the Boogaloo Murders, the Buffalo Supermarket attacks. Both had motivations that align with MAGA politically.

The US currently has a far right president who has egged on political violence. He's befriended the proud boys, said there were some good people at the White supremacist rallies. Has egged on hatred of minorities and pushed racist conspiracy theories. So it's reasonable that most think the far right is a far bigger problem in the US and the entire globe is suffering because of it.

Strange how Trump fans rarely seem to even attempt to discuss the **** storm he's created throughout his presidency but at the opportunity to rant about the far left, they surface.

I think Trump is a terrible president ,continual **** decisions after another but that's democracy for you ,you have to just live with it and beat them at the ballot box

Instead we have leftists all over the world demonising anyone who even mildly right wing and essentially describing them as less than human and evil at times because they don't share the same politics as them.

Alot of people have refused toacknowledge that alot of left wing rhetoric in recent years has been incredibly toxic and they're just as bad as the far right they decry.

Its quite ironic that you have a thread of people foaming at the mouth calling for the U.S president to be assassinated but then when an assassination attempt occurs they call it "Staged" & "fake"

I've lost count of how many assassination attempts have been labelled as staged on this thread. In fact, according to many posters here, they have never acknowledged a single assassination attempt as being genuine.

That alone should be a wake up call for them.

When your entire day is obsession about Trump morning, noon and night you need to reevaluate.

I don't support Trump being murdered. The day he passes of natural causes, I'd suspect a lot of people will be celebrating globally though. Given the global impact he is currently having, most people have pretty strong feelings on him and they're largely negative.

So an assassination attempt at the White House correspondents dinner doesn't meet your insanely high bar as being labelled as political violence 🙄

You seem to be dodging the fact that there's plenty violence associated with MAGA and Trump has egged on much of it. The fact that you others seem to go silent for everything he's done since the start of his term says a lot though. By the way, I think you should be happy with us all making jokes. When Rob Reiner was murdered earlier in the year he mocked and abused him...
