Am I confused or was there a film about Einstein inventing rock 'n' roll …… it was some sort of spoof where he ends up performing a song by I think Chuck Berry ?? …. 20-30 years back perhaps ??? ….

There was Young Einstein in 1988. It has Chuck Berry on the soundtrack and mostly matches.

Thanks …. will check this out …. the lead actor had a weird name IIRC in the one I saw ….. with Chuck Berry in film you mentioned's soundtrack it has to be the one …..

God, I wonder if this holds up. I seriously doubt it. Would be interesting to check out at least, though. As far as I can remember, he (Einstein) became famous because he split the beer atom which gave beer a head as well as inventing rock-and-roll etc.

He also invents bubbles in beer (by splitting beer atoms,which results in a nuclear explosion) and romances Marie Curie. For some reason he comes from Tasmania also.

I have to watch this again …… I remember watching it years back ….. yes apparently it was a major cause of confusion over Albert Einstein at the time …… the real Einstein was a very well educated German scientist/teacher ….. the film seems to depict him as a happy go lucky Tasmanian yokel …..

I remember that Marie Curie dimension ….. they did not have a relationship ….. and beer bubbles ….. very obviously predated the real Einstein by 1000+ years surely …..

Yahoo Serious did another film about an actual Australian ….. Ned Kelly ….. called Reckless Kelly ….. I guess Kelly is German in that !!!! …..
