Alternator bench test

Hi Can anyone advise any place that can bench test an alternator and print a test certificate? Ideally closer to the west of Ireland but I'll travel cross country if necessary. Test certificate is needed to resolve an issue with a bad mechanic. May need small claims court to resolve it. Thanks.
