Tbf I think the some of the maga memes were funny (compared to the ones from the other side at least), it was probably the spamming of the report button they triggered that got the thread shut down.

I take the odd look at the Trump thread, seems to be the place to post unfunny memes these days, maybe moving them to their own thread again would tidy that thread up a bit

I still remember lads here going to pieces over a certain Lidl advert. They even needed their own special thread as an echo chamber for their US-imported sh*te.

That's another one all right. we should reopen the wokism of the day thread aswell, then all these little incidents wouldn't need their own individual threads...

Ah, there were a few woke things recently that, your right, didn't need their own threads. Throw them all in to one and it's easy to avoid if it's not your thing

It would dumb down the CA forum. I think they tried to relaunch it a few weeks ago but got shut down again.

Ha maybe but a thread full of politicla memes would just dumb it down further. I think the last thread was mainly one poster just reposting memes from Facebook.

It was also full of memes or stories from Facebook.
