    The gavin & stacey christmas special (original one) was on last week as well. Caught about 3 or 4 minutes of it but had to turn it off, way too early to be watching that.

    Have thought about putting this up on here a few times alright, was stuck in traffic a few weeks ago and had the opportunity to take a pic of it but the cars started moving again.

    Was meeting a friend last night in a hotel and RTE 2 was on the tv screens, it looked like a Christmas Hallmark movie was on. Looked it up this morning and it was a Christmas episode of some series called Mammoth, never heard of it.

    I see some of the usual suspects movie channels have switched to Christmas in July since yesterday.

    I was on tik tok earlier and some Christmas themed stuff came up, I clicked onto the comments on one and someone from the Philippines said they start decorating for Christmas as early as Sept 1st, and they take Christmas very serious over there. Has anyone heard of this before?

    Was flicking through our Sky box recordings yesterday to clear off some bits (usually dozens of gogglebox repeats) and noticed I still had the Raymond Briggs 'Father Christmas' on it, so decided to give that a watch, had forgotten how good it was. Not as good as the snowman (or the snowman & snowdog), but definitely worth a watch if you havent seen it & like the Snowman.

    Causey Farms Christmas experience 2026 tickets went on sale today!! When we used to go it was usually in August, but it seems to be vailable to book earlier nowadays!

    My little one oddly enough demanded The Snowman, Father Christmas and Snowdog in that order on Sunday. Was fantastic to sit and watch and dream of December. I'm really enjoying the sunshine but it was fine for an hour to dream away.
