    Sad thing about Partridge is (much like Ross O'Carroll Kelly in parts of Ireland) too many people find him relatable and endearing and deep down the English love muppets like Kirby

    Mullen & Corkery the Irish representation for the men's P-R tomorrow. Gillespie, Mangan, Griffin & Caoimhe O'Brien there for the women.

    Gillespie only has 3 teammates, most other teams have 6 riders, not sure what is up with that.

    Reading on Reddit that Eurosport in Portugal are saying that Philipsen is using new prototype pedals and that's why MVDP couldn't clip in.

    That's atrocious team management/planning if so, no?
