    The topics these Russians bring up {that might seem bizarre to us as we don’t watch Russian tv} are an interesting window into what it really bothering the Russian regime, Ukrainians;

    1. Must have really hurt Russian raping, looting and murdering mercenaries in Sudan
    2. and by making defence deals with all the Gulf states creating a whole export industry worth billions to Ukraine that doesn’t depend on Trumps whims, thrown a spanner into some plans Putin had
    3. Continued attacks on oil export terminals cut their income at a time oil prices spiked, so Russia can’t benefit from Iranian war despite Trump helping them again

    https://understandingwar.org/research/russia-ukraine/russian-offensive-campaign-assessment-march-29-2026/

Russian milbloggers continued to criticize Russian forces’ inability to protect Russian oil infrastructure against Ukrainian drone strikes on March 29.[23] One Russian milblogger harshly criticized the Kremlin for lacking the resolve to make changes to Russian air defenses and laws to adequately defend against Ukrainian drone strikes against deep-rear areas.[24] The milblogger expressed frustration that the Kremlin has not adjusted Russian policy meaningfully after previous Ukrainian drone strikes against the Kremlin itself and noted that Russians are frustrated that Russian soldiers are dying while Russian authorities are unable to defend against Ukrainian strikes. Another milblogger noted that there are ongoing debates in the Russian information space about who is responsible for defending Russian infrastructure from drone strikes and called for a unified, societal response to increased Ukrainian drone strikes.[25]

Russian milbloggers are criticizing the ineffectiveness of Russian forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) recruitment campaign amid ongoing indications that the Kremlin may resort to involuntary reserve callups to maintain its replacement rate in Ukraine.

The US kept NATO in a subservient role -

mainly as a guaranteed market for US weapons.
And as a provider of bases, to give easy access to perceived enemies -

Now that enemy number 1 Russia- has become a buddy NATO is no longer seen as necessary .

Europe - the whole continent and not just the self serving EU needs to wake up and stand together.

    Could Trump leave NATO?

"Congressional Rejection of Exclusive Presidential Withdrawal Power in Section 1250A of the 2024 NDAA

In what might be understood as a rejection of the executive branch's position that the President possesses exclusive power over treaty withdrawal, in 2023, Congress enacted what appears to be the first statute prohibiting the President from unilaterally withdrawing from a treaty (specifically, the North Atlantic Treaty).81 Section 1250A of the 2024 NDAA provides that the President "shall not suspend, terminate, denounce, or withdraw the United States from the North Atlantic Treaty" without the advice and consent of the Senate, with two-thirds of Senators present concurring, or pursuant to an act of Congress.82 Additionally, the statute prohibits use of appropriated funds to withdraw from the North Atlantic Treaty without the advice and consent of the Senate, with two-thirds of Senators present concurring or pursuant to an act of Congress.83 Section 1250A also requires the President to consult with the House and Senate foreign affairs committees "in relation to any initiative" to withdraw the United States from the North Atlantic Treaty, and to notify those committees "of any deliberation or decision" to withdraw from the North Atlantic Treaty "as soon as possible but in no event later than 180 days prior to taking such action."84 To date, the 2020 OLC opinion has not been withdrawn, suggesting that the executive branch may maintain that the President has exclusive treaty withdrawal power, including power to unilaterally withdraw from the North Atlantic Treaty.85"

Every EU and NATO state, including Ireland, hosts an Orcistan embassy, easily the biggest war criminal state on the planet given its 127 war crimes per day average.

Ukraine is supposed to be morally more reprehensible for not having an embassy in Sudan, merely planning one at some future point?

The enemy of my enemy is my friend is as old as wooden clubs.

    https://militarnyi.com/en/news/russian-hitmen-planning-assassinations-kyiv/

In Kyiv, the Security Service of Ukraine neutralized a Russian intelligence and combat group that was planning the assassinations of Ukrainian military personnel and public figures.

The SSU reported the arrest of the enemy agents.

This is the result of a multi-stage special operation by the Security Service and the National Police in the capital.

The arrest took place while the hitmen were preparing to assassinate the commander of one of Kyiv’s volunteer units using firearms near his place of duty.

According to the investigation, the enemy’s targets also included commanders of units of the National Guard, the Defense Intelligence, and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. To eliminate them, the perpetrators planned to plant homemade explosive devices under their vehicles.

Time to execute another general in Orcistan. Well, it's always time for that, just rubbing it in never hurts.

Just need to hold things together for a couple more weeks and not give Orban the ammunition he's desperately looking for to boost his share of the votes by scaremongering wavering voters. Plenty of time to play hardball and stick the boot in once voting has closed.

Well thanks to loyal Putin friend Trump and the war in Iran Russia is not suffering anywhere near as much as it should be despite the excellent Ukrainian attacks:

That's pretty cool. But shouldn't there be some anti aircraft/anti drone defensive ground fire from the Russians in the video? I'm thinking back on all these videos of drone strikes I've seen over the last few years and I can't recall one where any weapons fire from the defenders was evident. It looks like the Ukrainians have total control of the skies in these videos.

Ukraine has been targeting air defences in Crimea with extreme prejudice and focus for well over a year. The lack of any in this video is unsurprising.

Russia trying to destabilise Estonia. Talking of a "Narva Peoples Republic". Narva is a majority Russian speaking city. Its symbolically important to Russian nationalists because of two Battles of Narva in the Great Northern War.

Russia has repeatedly removed buoys placed by Estonia in Lake Peipus, a natural barrier with Russia.

Estonia is the most vulnerable member state, with only 1 million people and a border with Russia. Issues like language policy have contributed to tensions. Estonia and Latvia were settled with Russians during the Soviet occupation 1940-91. After independence, Latvia and Estonia required this minority, unless born there, to learn the national language or lose citizenship.

While many have done so, some refuse, especially older, more Russian nationalist ones who dream of returning to Russian rule. Many listened to Russian propaganda channels during this war. In response, Estonia promoted actual news in the Russian language.

Wouldn't be surprised if Krasnov's talk of pulling out of Nato are the first steps towards this.

Don’t make the mistake of identifying Donnie NoMate’s childish mood swings as anything related to “strategy”. Sure, Moscow would salivate at the idea of the US pulling out of NATO, but at the same time European NATO (and in particular the Nordic NATO members that surround Estonia) have been rearming and upping their game.

It would still be incredibly stupid for the Russians to try to trigger any form of a NATO fight now, considering how badly they are doing in Ukraine. A new front with Finland would not bode well for the Russians, especially when you’ve got Sweden, Norway and the rest or European NATO heading down the road to join them.

The Russians might attempt to co-ordinate something with Donnie’s shifting moods, but even though he is a useful idiot for them….he’s still an idiot.

Russia can't defeat Ukraine militarily and their armed forces are a fraction of what they were. Opening a second front against a country that's not only a member of NATO but also of the EU would be catastrophically stupid.

Even if the US leaves NATO, or vetoes an invocation of Article 5, Estonia could turn to EU allies under the Common Security and Defence Policy which compels members to aid a fellow member state facing armed aggression "by all the means in their power". Russia couldn't last 3 days against a combined EU military response (and under a pro-EU PM like Starmer, I think it'd be a safe bet the UK would join in - as I'm assuming would many other NATO members).

"Neutral" countries such as ourselves can maintain that neutralty under CSDP through provision of non-lethal aid but honestly, if the EU is attacked, I'd be in favour of sending Irish troops. If we're prepared to deploy them for peacekeeping duties in far away lands, we should be prepared to use our military for the defense of our neighbours.

Probably they only show the video from the successful drones ? Like a highlights package. Not very interesting to show a drone that gets shot down.

They don’t need them all to get through anyways

Ukraine denying Russian claims of advances in the 1-3% of Luhansk that is controlled by Ukraine.

Russias claims appear timed because talks with the US envoy are happening soon.

A new report from French outlet RDI claims Ukrainian military personnel are now operating in western Libya — potentially opening a whole new front in the standoff with Russia.

The report also links Ukraine to a March 4 naval drone strike on a Russian LNG tanker in the Mediterranean. The vessel was suspected to be part of Moscow’s sanctions-dodging “shadow fleet.”

And emerging details indicate a sea drone attack, potentially launched from the North African coast — using tactics already seen by Ukraine in other theaters.

Seems like Ukraine's defenses are in relatively good shape according to British Intelligence. They seem to be really trying to neuter the Russian offensive for the spring by targeting them behind the front and it seems to be working well.
