Virgin Media 2-year deals for broadband & TV

I'm in the middle of a VM contract and just received notification that "from May 11th 2026 the price of your TV service will increase by €4.50 a month….. if you would like to review other options available to you, or cancel, you can call us on 1908". So, could I cancel and then get my wife to sign up for the New Customer…

So, could I cancel and then get my wife to sign up for the New Customer 2-year €50/month 500Mbps + basic TV bundle, and even also add the landline bundle for €3/month?
Is there a way to keep the same landline number and do this all without any service disruption?
Will they give her the new customer deal??
