3 houses came up for sale locally since Xmas. One beside me was €550000. Couple I knew were trying to buy it but got too expensive. Turns out Nua Healthcare bought it. Along with 2 more local houses. Builder in renovating said they’re had around 150 houses in Leinster. Which I think is very unfair to people trying to buy.

Not always. Back in the 80's services were installed to several fields near my relations. The word in the area was that one CJH owned the land. The area is now covered with apartments blocks.
