Yuno now showing me up to date & it all seems accurate, there is always a slight difference between the ESBN metered consumption & what the SolisCloud app says, why is that?

That's good news I presume your ESB Networks account is still stuck on March 5th?

my pinergy account is still missing about 2 weeks data…they have one day to sort it..

this is my first month where I am really abusing the Pinergy export rate and was expecting to have a negative bill. I know it will get sorted, but it looks like this whole error is a lot bigger than we think it is.

it really isn’t. I’d say the Pinergy customer interface is different system than their billing system.

Mine is still only showing up until the 5th.
I had been able to see accurate figures until the 6th or 7th before they rolled it back to the 5th which makes the delay even more infuriating.

Checked ESBN yesterday, still only showing data up to 5th March when downloading csv, but downloading similar data from energia they do have figures after 5th. which look similar to what I would expect.

Is there any update on this? I emailed last week and wasn't even shown the courtesy of a reply. And seems remarkable, if only 0.5% of customers are affected, that so many of us use boards.ie....

Very rough math's, there are circa 2.5 million Domestic connections. 0.5 would be 12500 accounts. Reading through the 2 threads on Boards it seems ( open to correction) no bodies ESB Networks account has been updated since 5th of March. Bills have issued from various Suppliers, people say the consumption is right but some Suppliers have credited the wrong amount for the FIT.

An interesting question would be if Suppliers had to delay their billing runs as a result of this. In bimensal bills the old reading vrs issue was 60 to 66 days . While things have changed with Smart, getting the data across still has certain time frames ,if the data fell outside that Id image penalties would come into play

Same here, and I've got my Energia bill which seems to be correct. Since they obviously have all the data now I don't know why Energia haven't re-enabled their usage charts etc in their web portal and app
