    Hi,

My Radius 380 has stopped making sound. I have a green light but no sound. Tried different inputs, messed with the switches and dials but nothing. Is it possible to get fixed?

    Regards,

    Jimmy

    Thanks for the email JimmyL.

Sorry to hear about your sub. Just so we know how best to diagnose the problem - if you push the driver does it stick or crunch? If it moves freely it's most likely the amp module. A new module would cost £189.

How old is the sub though and I can see if I can do a deal for a new one instead of getting a part replaced if you prefer?

    Kind regards

    David

I'd say it's very old, more than 5 years at least. A deal would be very nice.

    Hi JimmyL.

Are there any sub in particular you have seen that might be of interest and I'll see if there are any deals to be had on it.

I was discussing that with David on another thread. He suggested the Vestra W12 but anything that goes well enough with a pair of Silver 300, would do. Open box, ex demo, works.

    Thanks.

    Hi JimmyL.

I'll reply on the other thread so the conversation is not split over the two.
