OP says someone was blocked in for a minute… then says it was a few seconds, which was it?

And blocked in, how? Some twat who sticks the hazards on and dumps their car anywhere 'just for a minute' (but it never is) ?

Got stuck this morning due to a thicko, I was waiting to turn right into a petrol station which has KEEP CLEAR painted in a box on the road outside its entrance, thicko drives right onto the KEEP CLEAR and stops. Nobody could then move because the queue behind me was blocking a car on thicko's side of the road from turning right, meaning they couldn't move either.

Yellow boxes and KEEP CLEAR are there for a reason. Add double yellow lines onto that list too

Train station guy was blocked in for around 30 seconds, the second guy was just moving between 2 cars and it was a tight squeeze, 3rd guy was held up for around 15 seconds.

Think it has always existed, to some degree.

Anyone who has cycled for any extended amount of time will be familiar with this behaviour as some drivers want to demonstrate just how powerful/fast their vehicle is when they can pass the cyclist they had to wait for for a couple seconds.

Do those guys with real loud exhausts realise how embarrasingly stupid it is?

They're extra loud in underground carparks, so they will often drive up and down the carpark a few times before eventually parking. Same again when leaving.

Stupid parking which leaves barely a gap to get through is annoying and needless. Very common in my estate and given the average age around here, it's only a matter of time until an ambulance on an emergency call is blocked

The parking with little space in my example was a tiny bit of road outside a hotel front door, there was other routes the driver could have taken, I saw other cars drive by no problem, the guy spinning the wheels was just a bad driver.
