Boiler making weird sound

Hi, My boiler is making weird sounds. as attached inn video at the start of it you can hear it. when it does this it expels a big amount of steam through the flue! anyone have ideas? its a glowworm boiler. link to video of issue : https://youtube.com/shorts/fCBfw3qVh6k?feature=share

we have had two gas boiler rgi people out to have a look, it got a service last week. he adjusted it, cleaned out fan. checked heat exchange but still no joy. we recently got the wrap around on the house. this all started while this was being done.

check flue terminal as render could of got into it
