I was in and out of this but it's a huge step for Connacht, they played very smartly for a lot of this game. Lancaster will be happy. Ulster were on such a roll so no mean fit to come to Belfast and turn them over.

Bundee and Stockdale going at each other at the end!!

Great result for Connacht. Deserved the win on the 2nd half performance. After third try clock didn't start for a full minute ref must have forgotten to say restart, could have cost Connacht.

Great performance by Connacht. Well deserved win. As an aside, I can see why Zac Ward is not considered international quality, yet.

Nearly tackled into touch a couple of times. His strength is great but hes not going to run over opposition wingers at test levels so needs to learn when to come back in field and recycle

Great win. In isolation it is always good to beat another province, but also in terms of getting to the top 8.

That's a nice few weeks for Connacht. Beating Glasgow and now Ulster, the first and second placed teams in the league, as well as Scarlets. Home to Ospreys next week is a big game for them as after that they've the SA tour, Munster (h), and Edinburgh (a). So some tough games to come.

He was tackled into touch three times within the space of 5 min last week. You'd think he would have learned from that.

Well IMHO the officiating was really good last night. Didn't really notice the ref at all. Let the game flow and asserted his authority when needed. He was excellent.

Too easy for the Lions. 28 nil up before half time

Farrell lucky that's not a YC

Dull from sharks, should have taken the 3 there

The 50/22 from that young fullback was class

Jesus Jackman and Robbo would put you to sleep.

Munster just not at the races at all

When was the last time Minster got nilled?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,091 ✭✭✭Paddy_Mag

    Zebo getting rinsed on Premier

JJ Kenny burns the winger and in after an intercept from Reiko.

Totally against the run of players.

Eh, is Rieko not fast anymore...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,091 ✭✭✭Paddy_Mag

    JJ with a great finish

There's been some lovely passing so far from Leinster.

Reiko has made some impactful tackles too.

    Interesting game so far

Prendergast's runup to that conversion was utterly bizarre.

    Good lord that was easy.

Absolutely stupid play with the no arms tackles in the lead up to that. Handed Glasgow that try after some previously strong defending

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,176 ✭✭✭✭Heroditas

Discipline gone once again. JO'B lost the head with that silly offload and really put us in a tight spot.

Yeah awful. Needed to just give away the lineout.

Kelleher in trouble now. Gonna be down to 13 for a bit.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 920 ✭✭✭PmMeUrDogs

    Good god

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,176 ✭✭✭✭Heroditas

Are you actually serious with that YC for Kelleher? Ref did his absolute best to find something wrong there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27,882 ✭✭✭✭Larbre34

The game of rugby is gone.
