Home energy monitor

    I see a few home live energy monitors on amazon they clamp the mains feed to the house

    But they have a live and neutral wire to power the monitor

    Its not like there is a 3 pin plug in the meter box or beside the fuse box in any house

    So cant figure how to DIY fit one

    These things were all the rage about 25 years ago, and were a simple diy job back then

    Question is.. can someone recommend one, prefeb online as i dont like people
