    Related to this - if you have a sky signature pack is it possible to upgrade mid-way through a contract to the higher tier sky ultimate? (I'm not sure if this is what the packs are called - but from the basic pack to the one that includes Netflix, Disney & HBO). Also - is there a major price difference? Wondering if it makes sense to sub through sky for those or not…

    Afaik the Ultimate TV Pack is only needed with Sky Stream & Glass. Sky Signature on Sky Q should get HBO, Disney+ and HayU.

    Afaik you can get the Ultimate TV Pack for Netflix mid-contract but it starts a new 12 month contract. You should be able to see it in the My Sky app. But again the Ultimate TV Pack should only be needed for Netflix & discovery+ on Sky Q. It is €10pm out of contract but you should be able to get it discounted in-contract.
