Almost all of the cases that come before the courts have no smoking gun evidence and are based on witness evidence.

The "Katie Johnson" Lawsuit (2016)

In 2016, a woman using the pseudonym "Katie Johnson" filed a federal lawsuit in New York.The Allegation: She claimed that in 1994, when she was 13 years old, she was raped by Trump and Epstein at a Manhattan apartment during a series of parties.

The filing included supporting affidavits from two anonymous witnesses who claimed to have seen Trump with the girl. One witness stated they saw Trump and the plaintiff in a bedroom together at one of Epstein's parties

The lawsuit was voluntarily withdrawn by the plaintiff just days before the 2016 election. Her lawyer at the time cited "numerous threats" against the woman as the reason for dropping the case.

Recently, the U.S. Department of Justice released previously withheld FBI memos (Form 302s) from 2019 that detail interviews with an unnamed woman.

The Allegation: The woman told FBI agents that Epstein introduced her to Trump in the early 1980s when she was between 13 and 15 years old. She alleged that Trump attempted to force her to perform oral sex, and that when she bit him in resistance, he struck her and had her removed from the room.

While the FBI was unable to verify the assault itself, journalists from The Post and Courier recently verified peripheral details of her story, such as her family history, residential moves, and specific events (like a Rick James concert) she mentioned during the interviews.

Let's take a moment to acknowledge the sheer number of times that Trump appears in the files. That's not taking into account what the DoJ has most likely reneaged on as the most damning stuff (because you fukcing now they have)

Epstein was convicted of procuring a person under 18 for prostitution and also charged with sex trafficking of minors.

Trump is mentioned nearly 10 TIMES more than Epsteins incarcerated co-conspirator.

Add in his disregard for women, his admiration for Epsteins "on the younger side" their "great secret" birthday card the fact he would **** his own daughters if he could and you get a pretty clear picture.

Now add in all the insane sh1t he's done over the last 10 years, his disregard for everything but himself and tell me, on the balance of probabilites that this guy is not a child abuser. If you can say it with a straight face, maybe we need to get your hard drives checked.

I iliterally wrote it out for you, witness testimony and circumstancial evidence. I don't have any photos of him abusing kids. What would you consider to be "evidence" and do you not consider the above Evidence?

So a court case was put against him and then withdrawn , we dont know anything about the witness or the case other than apparently there was 2 witness .

FBI done an investigation into another allegation and couldnt find anything but you belive it because this random woman said it.

If there was anything in the Epstein files I would be certain Joe Biden would have leaked it. So what if hes mentioned in it nothing I seen in it shows he is guilty. Was there not 100s of people reviewing the files are all these people keeping a trump secert?

He might have said some bad things and got with porn star but thats some leap to being a pedo and if you were to call him one I would want some strong evidence.

I was thinking the other day, have we seen any email from Trump to Epstein? There must be thousands of them like the birthday card, they were best buds for decades but I cant think of any, have they just all been suppressed and nobody in the media asks about it? This is the strangest thing about the files to me.
