Kevin Long signed. Hasn't played for 6 months so won't offer a quick fix.

All the faffing about through the transfer window without signing defenders is coming home to roost now.

Done great to get a 2-1 lead but then goes tits up and we lose 4-2

17 goals conceded in 7 games, will take a lot more than Kevin Long coming in to stay up

Takes incredible talent from the recruitment to turn the worst defence in the league into an even bigger shambles. Mahon of course is a big loss he looks decent. Kevin long will have to perform like the AC Milan 90s defence to stop this rot.

Physically look short in midfield, just noone to dominate in there.

Who actually is responsible for recruitment?

    Getting beyond a joke now

ATM we're a mid table first division team

Is the manager a problem or the owners made a complete tits of it

Whatever about getting rid of the centrebacks during the summer as they were a problem area, getting rid of Burke and Horton wasn't very bright, also should have kept Olayinka for midfield as they haven't added anyone in there to improve it.

The style of play is shite as well, takes us to go 1-0 down before they start playing. We're far to easy to play against.

Personally I think the manager has added absolutely nothing to this side.

Manager has added **** all, but the recruitment is the biggest issue.

We really should have scored more than two tonight although in fairness ye did have one great chance at the start of the 2nd half and a few decent spells at times in the 2nd half. Midfield looks a black hole for ye, we were dominant there even without Lennon and Forrester. I haven't seen Sligo in the flesh yet so I don't know if ye are the worst team in the league but that was a poor performance, certainly it was worse than Galway.

Losing the crowd this early will cost him his job, wouldn't be surprised if he's gone within the week.

Recruitment is terrible, there's no sign in us moving up a level and we have a habit of moving on good players. Have Fleetwood sent us over any good players? Glenfield is a decent lad and Mcmullan is goodas well. They've taken a few off us and also sold good players on.

Slight shades of Morris, just see it isn't going to work from the very start - the thing is, and I've been banging this drum since Keith Long got sacked - it doesn't matter who the manager is if you recruit shockingly badly every **** window.
