You were right for a good chunk at least!

What the hell was that last 20 minutes, and how many bloody times did Jorgenson need to nearly get caught to not learn his lesson and get caught with a stupid pass out.

Sake at 3-2 or even 4-2 you could see a comeback next week but 5-2 is asking for the kind of quality that only Chelsea of the vintage era possessed. This team looses their head way too easily!

I would leave that keeper at CDG Airport, he can make his own way home. Lack of leadership in 2nd half, especially under pressure. Disappointing.

Problem with that is it leaves Sanchez with the role 😬

Jorgenson just got really cocky with his little feints and sh*t and then started to believe his own hype! Was just luck he didn't cost us a second with that offside one!

Best the evil you know, bad as Sanchez can be. Jorgesen's role I imagine was to steady the ship and do what a keeper is expected to do, save or clear the ball and not try to be one of the fielding players. Failed on both accounts tonight.

Also as much as I like Reese James he has shown he is not the captain to lead Chelsea to victory.

    Another poor performance!

When is Rosenior going to realize that just passing it around until something happens is only going to work against attacking teams who leave gaps, it won't work against teams who are happy to defend and sit behind the ball!!!

He is only there since January but doesn't feel convincing so far. Too inconsistent. He signed for over 6 years (whatever that means in Chelsea) so he has time.

In my 60 years on this earth, this is the first time that I've been embarresed to be a Chelsea fan!

This ridiculous huddle has gone too far now. I wouldnt mind if it was working and we were winning every game, but it's most definitely not!!

    PLEASE, PLEASE STOP IT!

    Embarrassing tonight, absolutely embarrassing.

We've no right to be in this competition playing like we have that last few weeks.

Rosenior has no choice but to qualify via league, anything less and he should have his bags packed, if they aren't already!

Nothing has changed since Maresca left, it's the same inconsistent form, the slow play, the missed chances and lack of fight

Yep. And the likes of Enzo and Palmer wont stick round if it stays like that.

Was thinking that exact thing the other night. I reckon most decent clubs would pay well for them. When does the transfer ban kick in?

Exactly. A player of Palmer's caliber doesn't want to be playing 6 yard passes sideways and backwards for 85 minutes every game hoping for something to happen as a result!

I didn't see todays match but I heard the first 35mins were terrible for Chelsea. What's going on? Is it that they don't want to play for this manager or is there something else wrong at the club.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,486 ✭✭✭Killinator

There's something wrong somewhere, be it the manager or players spreading discontent (Enzo hasn't come out too well the last few days).

Every match they go out and play like it means absolutely nothing, like every game is a friendly and it doesn't matter if we win, lose or draw.

Huge contracts built on Russian crime, and ye expect blood and guts?

    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

If Chelsea weren't in London they'd be in the championship.

Ambramovic hasn't been there for 4 years, and when he was with them Chelsea won everything so not sure what your point is. (Not that most other top clubs are squeaky clean in the ownership department 🙄)

Chelsea are in London though and if they weren't in London then they wouldn't be Chelsea. They'd be some other team, so again, not sure what point that's supposed to make.

Sounds like your run of the mill Liverpool fan.

Bit of a mess at the moment.

An inexperienced manager leading a young squad. Leadership sorely lacking all round.

I worry if we scrape a champions league place we'll carry on regardless. might be best to miss out to force a rethink around overall strategy.
