At least he's not Bradley "******" Walsh!

I think he's the best possible host for it. He's amazingly quick-witted to the point that he can get something funny out of almost every contestant he speaks to (and I remember hearing before that on Would I Lie To You, the editors often have to add in space between what someone says and Lee's response because he's so quick it makes it look scripted). The bits while people are trying to work out the answer, you'd just tune him out if you were concentrating. If you can't, you probably weren't going to make it that far anyway. Same when you're watching at home, if I'm trying to work out the answer, chances are I didn't hear a word Mack said.

I've seen enough clips of the US and Australian versions to know we're very lucky to have Lee Mack hosting. I like those hosts on other things (Patton Oswalt, Joel McHale & Jim Jeffries), but they just don't compare to Lee Mack. And I think we have enough Bradley Walsh between two versions of The Chase.

He's OK! My problem with him is that he's on too much. Need a presenter for a new TV show? Give Brad a call. Stephen Mulhern is the same. Time ITV put a bit more effort into finding new people.
