    They’re available on my side. I’m thinking and I could definitely be wrong here but maybe they are appearing on accounts for those that aren’t excessively claiming them? I haven’t redeemed many recently and anytime I log on onto Wednesday they appear with the option to claim them.

    Might just be me though!

    Or maybe they are only appearing for people who have a Vodafone mobile and not broadband? (I only have broadband with them)
