I've done 200mm rockwool ewi. This has 150mm eps down to 600mm below dpc level.

It was on a 1970's cavity wall (bungalow) with the cavity (75mm) pumped with bonded bead. Can't remember the uvalue tbh but in any case it was done to primarily deal with all the tb's. 200mm chosen because it cost only 10% more than the 100mm.

Specific dense rockwool batts (600 by 900mm) adhesively and mechanically fixed to the wall substrate with each batt 'buttered' with adhesive around the perimeter to prevent thermal looping.
