What sort of cars are they? Could be worth more to sell as a car than scrap if there's anything nice/unusual/desirable.

small van, transporter trailer with winch, move them one by one, to a much larger vehicle, ideally truck transporter, send them all on their way, maybe, not cheap though, would wanna be worth your while

you’d have to have proof of ownership, otherwise every chancer would be at it….stealing cars and off to scrapyard..
