If relagation happens then its not just a massive hit for the club & supporters but the whole Premier League

That stadium wasn't built for Championship matches

    What are you on about?
Him and Archie were the only players who tried to carry the ball forward and clearly should have started.
    Tudor hasn’t a fucken clue.

Why are these marvellous supporters not giving the board a hard time??

They have ruined our club.... there needs to be a mutiny , so many years of apathy has killed any passion...

I wonder did Levy see the writing on the wall and thought 'I'm outta here'..... but look at the great stadium and world class facilities I have delivered!

We weren't terrible before the red card. Maybe even the better team.

But we just seem incapable of going 45 mins without someone making a completely brain dead decision.

Who knows, once we lost to Liverpool and then have 3 weeks off, maybe the returning players will make a difference. Udogie, Spence, Kudus maybe?

Up early this morning and just doom scrolling while I have my coffee. Its a bit disconcerting to realise how disliked we are as a team. I mean, obviously there is no love lost between us and Arsenal, Chelsea and westham fans but quite a lot of neutrals and general football fans will be only too happy to see us relegated.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,883 ✭✭✭LostArt

Problem is we have Forest before the three weeks off and we will be bottom three at that stage.

I don't see a way out if this unless the board roll the dice again. The team is rotten, has zero confidence, isn't fighting and our manager picks completely insanely unbalanced teams every week.

We were well in the game before the red, we were winning the game..... we were doing ok..... VdV caused the turnaround by getting sent off.... Thats not the managers fault

Hard to find an sort of positive at the moment. Hopefully players coming back to fitness can somehow make a difference, current squad look completely broken and resigned to relegation. Love to know whats going on behind the scenes and in the dressing room. Somebody must have thrown a wobbler at half time, who has the balls too???:

I don't think this is a dislike of Spurs, per se.

It's just interesting and sort of funny to see a club like spurs involved in this relegation fight, with a fair to decent possibility of it actually happening.

You have to admit, it was the same when Villa went down. These are clubs that are pretty much top tier institutions or "too big to go down", when it looks like possibky happening people are going to be invested and "hoping" it happens. They don't care it's Spurs, they care that it's a big club going through some though times, and are mostly glad it's not their own club this time.

Total neutral here, if it makes you feel any better, I would prefer to see Spurs survive. Was never a club that "annoyed" me like some others.

Was Levy not chased though? He was hounded out.

I dont think he left of his own accord, but had to resign after fan pressure.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,883 ✭✭✭LostArt

They should have scored early and a var decision went our way too We were at 25% possession for first quarter of the game. We got back into it and Vdv did cause the turnaround but we were also lucky to still be in the game at that point.

The manager picked Porro at rcb and Gray rwb, that's just plain stupid. There's been zero improvement in performances under him which is why he was brought in, unless there's a minor miracle we will be relegated under him.

You sound like they type of person that woukd say " Tudor got Spurs relegated" .......

No I won't, he will be one of many to blame. I do think he's worse than Frank though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭tom1ie

Tudors team selection is ridiculous though and he needs to get some flack for that.
Why play Porro as a CB?
Why play Gray as a RWB when Porro plays there?

Why play three CBs at the back when we haven’t got three fucken fit competent CBs!

Why leave our most creative player on the bench, who he also played on the LW out of position last week?

Why leave Richarlison on the bench and persist with the completely ineffective Muani?

Why take off Souza after the red card and bring on biss to unsettle the team even more- just put Palinha at CB where he has played recently.
    None of it makes sense.

Also palace (a team that have won two of their last 12) had 85% possession in the first 15mins, so we weren’t well in the game @greenspurs that’s nonsense.

We were **** even before VDV got sent off, total lack of press, they had all the time in the world in their own half, utterly embarrassing for a team supposedly playing a "must win" game. Tudor looks like a bad choice but the implosion after the sending off said volumes about where the teams heads are at.

I don't think this team is saveable at this point. Starting to be concerned if we are even good enough to get out of the Championship next season, not sure we wouldn't be bottom half there either next season withoout a complete change from the boardroom to the dressing room.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,586 ✭✭✭Glebee

Would that team would be kicked around the place in the championship?? Probably

We needed extra time to beat Tamworth wasn't it🤣🤣🤣

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 588 ✭✭✭el_gaucho

It won’t be Tudor’s fault if we go down, but he doesn’t look like the right guy to save us either. I’ve no idea who is though.

He made it even worse with his subs after the red card.

Porro, Gray, Palhinha, Tel, Gallagher all out of position.

Tudor is not to blame for this mess. But he's not going to get us out if it.
