    This one was bad, even i cant defend this one and i liked the rest. Im not a fan of this Klingon dude, he is the only character in the show that i dont really like, its jarring they are playing him so much not like a Klingon.

    1000 years in the future and they still go to Ibiza???

    SAM becomes even more indecipherable - English must not be her first language, only reason for it

    And only 5 mins in, halfway through and waiting for something to happen

    Was that portal also some kind of temporal portal as well considering Jay-den went through probably less than a minute after them yet they were a bit away from the portal and had Darem in the crown and seemingly all settled.

    Good to see the future is similar to now, according to tv shows, when a guy who probbaly knows loads of people from his life, only really has someone he just met to join him for his wedding. Same way in so many shows these days where the wedding attendees are just people they work with and but if they need a side story with a murder/suspect, they have the groom's best friend who we've never seen before.

    I did think after last week that it was going to take itself more seriously and after what they went through they couldn't go back to their goofy way of acting.

    This image was throwing me. At first I thought someone had just photoshopped uniforms on to a SbtB poster but then though Kelly, Jessie and Screech didn't look right. So AI, I assume.

    If they had that Interplanetary Portal then why did the Federation fall apart after "the burn" I mean Scotty did it back in BroTrek:Into Darkness?

    And why did the fish people stay in Human form on their own planet?

    You're asking too many clever questions - like why did they have to walk up the steps to get transported to their host homes when they can teleport from anywhere from to anywhere or why the bridge computer just let a bunch of kids do whatever they like. The writers do not do any kind of linear thinking

    32nd century, can go anywhere in the blink of an eye but…..

    One or two nice moments eg the "kozeine" speech but overall bit of a waste of an episode and as other have noted, the Klingon characterisation all over the shop.

    Is Kyle meant to be a running joke / left behind / forgotten about kinda guy...

    What, no love for Saved by the Bell either?

    There's only so many high school types to work with…

    Screech = Sam

    Zach = Caleb

    Slater = Darem

    Jessie = Genesis

    Kelly = Tarima

    Bit hard to match up Jay-den \ Lisa.

    :)

    Well done for remembering all the names from SF: Academy! 👍️

    Some snarky comments on the reddit thread for this episode:

    "I thought Khionia was wet, I thought you all had scales." Me too, Jay-Den. Me too.

    Sorry, Jay-den we don't have the budget for that.

    The budget demanded the plot have the bride break up with the groom before the reception.

    Also some interesting speculation on Genesis and whether we should actually be suspicious about her story.

    yeah this definitely felt like a bottle episode to conserve budget. Simple sets, a lot of the main cast not appearing at all or only briefly. No big effects shots.

    Lots of room for that wonderful writing and dialogue to shine 🥴

    That wasn't their planet. It was explained both visually and in dialogue.

    The portal was ridiculous. If they have that tech they could be the next Iconians. Also due to the whole reluctant prince set up I couldn't stop picturing Billups and his silly medieval planet.

    The episode was one half forgettable and the other terrible. I think showing more nuanced Klingons is great but this lad is an absolutely useless actor and I don't know why they think every Klingon is supposed to sound like Barry White.

    The only up side is Caleb and Genesis seem to be pretty decent and charismatic actors. Enjoyed watching them even if their plot was nonsense.

    Ms

    Terrible episode. So bad. Warp slug. Reslly if they are so clever why not just set up a dampening field then it can not warp anywhere and you catch it simples.

    Thats about all I remember from it lol.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

    Just caught up with this... I think I'm done with the Academy, this was so boring and pointless. I know I'm not the target audience, but this is like watching AI slop!

    "Tilly" has had a 21st century "update" not available in the 32nd century apparently…

    well that was pure rubbish. Absolutely boring from start to finish. No part of the plot was interesting I felt. This is actually the kind of thing I was expecting from the get go. As it turns out the season so far has actually been relatively decent. This however is definitely a low point, a very low point.
