RTE's mention of the Judge's ruling ordering the Burkes immediate imprisonment mentioned him saying that we live in a democracy, not a theocracy.

Edit: He further said that he is considering making an order that Martina Burke, Ammi Burke and another sibling, Isaac Burke, can only attend future hearings involving Enoch Burke remotely.
