    this is the most depressing stuff for a Saturday night, can't listen to it, the world is full of stuff like this, life is full of stuff like this, but really RTE, on a Saturday night do we need all this introspection, remorse, hardship? Over to Netflix.

    This guy doesn't give a f…. for his behaviour. Treating his mother that way, and then laughing seconds later about being wrecked after a night out.

    Is this part of his "journey" to recovery or promotion for his podcast. He's only 30 now so he was drinking driving and writing off cars around 2016. Scum of the earth with all the tragedy on our roads

    I've heard Lukes story a lot over the last few years but it never gets boring.

    A great example of turning your life around,fair play to him.

    Hes also a savage footballer.

    I thought it was really interesting, and a reflection of reality in normal irish towns - coke has a big hold.

    For those who don't follow it, Luke Loughlin is a great footballer, so it was brave and interesting to hear his struggles

    Sick and tired of all those guys and gals going on TV, Radio, etc, giving us the message, blah blah blah. Making a living out of it some of them. Who's to say DJ won't go on the merry go round when he gets out? I've said it before, I know a few people like him, ex Co stars doing the rounds and it does my head in. A couple of them were gamblers along with the drink, never ever paid back the money they borrowed, stole, fiddled and plenty more. Going around today with not a care in the world, but a hell of a lot of people left in their wake. They couldn't give a toss. If they did, they'd start with payback, apologies can wait but hey, they never apologised either. Very little time for them. Glad ther addiction is solved foe now, but don't give me this shyte about helping others, a load of bull. Phew, that was good.

    They should have let this woman play out the show instead of red necks singing about spending their money on beer and ketamine.
