I thought the first two episodes were dragged out (mainly by "filler" back stories) and weren't exactly attention grabbing, and the third episode was slightly more interesting.😛

Yes there was nuclear missiles fired - maybe someone might correct me but other countries thought due to countries going dark due to the tsunami it was a pre-emptive strike against them, in the first episode of the second season your man looked like he had radiation poisoning judging by his elbow though they were talking about how they were trying to shut down the nuclear reactors, though the EMP destroyed all electronics worldwide so presumably the nuclear silos were all disabled and should have gone into meltdown or maybe I'm overthinking that…

Oh is that an android, couldn't have kids but has a young guy living there that was unemotional - confused about that

The first three leisure’s whilst interesting seemed to be giving us back stories in series one rather than anything new going forward.

The former presidents son going to prison is clearly vital to the revolution

    The internet isn’t for everyone

I must admit I had my misgivings about season 2 and where it might go but so far it's been fantastic imo. The only slight issue is that by the end of this season we very likely won't really have moved forward much but the human drama is so well written I don't think I care that much. Shailene Woodley…fantastic actress.

Caught up with this amazing show. There is a lot of apocalyptic slop out there but I think this might be the best one out there. Characters that are only in one or two episodes have so much depth. Looking forward to rest of the season

Saw some articles saying it will likely be the final season which I’m ok with. I think it has a chance to nail three very good seasons

Was expecting another natural disaster as was hinted at in a previous episode, but suppose this will do

The escalated quickly, how did that meltdown happen so easily?

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators Posts: 9,258 Mod ✭✭✭✭mewso

Enjoyed it overall but a meltdown because of two conflicting commands is hilarious. Didn't expect them to go full sci-fi.

I have seen this quantum computer that can predict the future in quite a few things now (Person of Interest, Westworld, Mission Impossible) so not really shocked but interested to see where it goes. I think they are setting up Sterling K Brown v Link

PoI was a predictive AI, this seems to be actually seeing the future using some timey wimey

Not gonna lie I liked the season but that finale was complete crap to me, took a hard right turn off a cliff.

Out of nowhere, a magical omnipotent computer ripped off from Westworld, except even more outlandish and stupid contextually.
