So Google Maps on Android Auto is mostly fine, it seems to handle bad input from the car's GPS module way better than the alternatives and uses the phone's GPS and network to compensate (mix of all sensor data to determine the location). It's the Waze app that most frequently loses track of where I am, and the built-in navigation software is the same. Have you tried those as well, or just Google Maps on Android Auto?

No I have just used Android and Google maps, car is now over 2 years old so lost data allowance which screws up built in navigation software. My app now shows up correct location though which possibly points to cars gps working correctly.

Gave the built-in navigation a try up and down to Laragh today, GPS position was perfect now for me (after install 2511 & doing the soft reset again). Will keep an eye on it for the next while, but I hope this is fixed now. I do see other people reporting issues with the GPS position after updating to 2511 on Reddit and Discord, so not sure what's causing this really.

I kind of like the new HUD layout, less obnoxious. As it's now just the 1 line and smaller, it would be nice to start showing navigation information on there as there's more room to work with.

did the update, no problems with gps but did find losing the saved seats slightly inconvenient. Personally didn’t need the third seat setting but this may suit people

The new atto3 in Europe is coming with the "sentry mode" how long will it take until is deployed for the rest of the models?

There's no way to reset the TPMS is there?

Having an issue with one tyre consistently reporting less pressure even instantly after I pump it up. I'm convinced it's software so went looking for TPMS reset or calibration and there's none?

What are you putting in, and on what axle?

Discovered if you tap Settings > System > Cellular Data (the words not the toggle) six or seven times in quick succession it lets you fiddle around with the SIM card settings, a few guys in the Philippines reported success by playing in there. Didn't help matters for me though.

In the end in complete frustration I deleted the app off my phone & hit 'factory reset' on the car.

Once everything came back up & I'd reset everything as I wanted, problem gone. Remote controls all operate as they used to now.

It's very hard to tell whether at any given point it's trying to do things via Bluetooth, WiFi or SIM card!

I am finding the app very flaky since the last update. Mostly the seat heating is off when you get into the car even though showing activated on the app. Also quite often get situation where app not working just get egg timer when you press steering wheel heating etc., get message then to the effect message hasn't reached car. I have done factory reset and uninstalled app several times to no effect. Its very frustrating!

With the heat seating, once on, drag down the screen to refresh, and it will likely show that it is off. Repeat this procedure a few times until a refresh shows that it is on. I find that turning on HS after the heater and steering wheel gives you a better chance. Still poor though.

Totally agree Dodzy. A fantastic car spoiled by stupid software niggles that could easily be sorted
