Pajero Mk2 -body work

So just bought myself a 1996 Pajero Mk2 commercial. Fundamentally sound but needs tidying here and there.

The two front wings are a bit worse for wear as per the attached photos. Just checking would anyone be able to give me a ballpark price on what I'd expect to pay to get the rust cut out and some fresh sheet metal welded in. I'd do the painting myself after that. Doesn't need to be an A1 job from a cosmetics point of view as will be putting the Mitsubishi wheel arch flares on over the repairs anyway, just needs to be solid. I know I could go down the meshing and bodge route but would rather do it someway right. A few breakers have the wings but not in the colour of mine and quoted me €150 so would need to be painted after that.

Separate question - Intention is to convert this back to passenger and already has the glass side panels (just to take of the horrible film over them and metal panels behind them). Are there back seats of other models that would fit my Pajero? (Appreciate that this is a very model specific question and if you know you know sort thing).
