Hi all, I hope all is well.

Apologies for not responding.

Ive been so tired I didn’t even check boards. I’m trying to get a bit fitter- I’m not loosing much weight but am getting stronger etc. im hoping to do a 50km run in June and then 4 half marathons in 4 days in August. I’m doing a bit of weight lifting and going to Pilates etc.

squeezing in a bit of farming- trying to get acres NPIs done- nearly all up to date, I put up owl boxes. Planted 300m of hedging, 2 apple orchards and put up about 5 new gates.

I got approved for some land actions- I’ve to knock a line of trees and I’m going to try the no fence shock collars to improve the grazing.

Ive only 6 cows calving this year. I might try to build to 10 again but I’m unsure.

Work is a busy at the moment but it’s not dominating my life.

family is decent- a lot of activities for children- oh and the 3 are off to Oz for a month in summer- I wanted to catch up on missed farming and have nobody to mind the place,

long speil over. 🙈

I don't know much about the Epstein island thing but a mate was saying it was an Israeli job to get dirt on all the US etc head honcho's.

maybe, maybe not, there is so may theories around and the truth when it comes out is so mad you wouldn’t know but regardless of Epstein, the Israeli government has had a good handle on US politicians for decades be it from intelligence or just plain old campaign contributions. If you don’t have the money you don’t get elected on the states .

Then every August the Israeli government through the American Israel Education Foundation (flies US lawmakers to Isreal on a Jolly to keep them on side

They have bombed Iran since the early 90s on an irregular basis, some times not a word from the media, Iranian oil is sanctioned so will make no difference to the price in the West bar a few gougers.

Iran is retaliating against Arab nations with US military presence, it absolutely will affect the oil prices. Once again our over reliance on oil will sting the pockets of the common folk. There are alternatives out there of course, but the pro oil lobbyists are still highly influential on how the world works.

His Vets were very helpful and printed off the prescriptions for last year and one from the end of '24. There was only six - two for calf vaccines, the others for single shots of antibiotics for calves and one for synulox for a cow. With his permission the Vets have agreed to email me his prescriptions for the moment.

We here as one of the smallest GAA clubs in the country (So small that we feature in the Croke Park museum for that fact) are currently building an Astro pitch. We've been fundraising for a decade now, we've been overlooked for grants (sometimes just politics) on multiple occasions and are finally within a month of our kids playing on it.

Any fcuker who would try to burn that would be easiest found with a dredge somewhere between the Dursey sound and the Scelligs.

That particular sport has a history of sc*mbags following it who respect nothing, contribute to nothing and only destroy stuff.

Love to know whats the capacity of Elon Musks star satellite system. I would bet its alot more intrusive than we can imagine. Intelligence in Venezuela and now Iran is not a coincidence. Normal everyday Intelligence is hard got to that degree of certainty.

I understand the ban of fans, it should be longer. I just think it's punishing the teams that weren't involved by losing revenue, or maybe their home fans will buy the seats
