How to get manager/supervisor to call you back from CIRECET IRELAND broadband?

Choose Imagine as my broadband provider. CIRCET Ireland technicians (contracted company for broadband installations) ran the cable from the public road into my home, 19th Feb. One of the technicians, in a van, damaged my property as they left. I took photographs/video of the damage and have been on the phone every day with CIRCET’s advertised number and told a manger will ring me to resolve and fix the damage. NO CALL from anyone. It is now 26th Feb. I have looked up CIRCET’s company directors and structure nowhere can I find an email address for anyone. I am so angry, frustrated and upset. Does anyone know how to go about getting this resolved?

Have you tried raising it with Imagine, I'd imagine the responsibility lies with them to investigate it for you.

Whoever told you that was trying to get you off the phone and a manager in a call centre will not be able to do anything.
As @NotShero suggested, email complaints at imagine and include your pictures.
