    Thanks for asking @BK5 . It’s going very well but it’s really hard. I’m seeing real progress though so I’m very confident it will pay off. Also, there’s quite a few people from all around the world that are here for the same reason as me (arthrofibrosis) so it’s good to see the progression of others who are ahead of me, it gives me hope and inspiration.

    I found my Christmas cake - not that I had lost it, but I did put it into a Chocolate Kimberly tin and forgot about it so I will have a slice amárach for Rudolph Day 🤩

    Happy Rudolph Day Everyone! A quarter of the way there.

    I downloaded "A Very British Christmas" onto the kindle last night, will start reading it this evening for the day that's in it, thanks for the tip for the book from people on here.

    BTW, theres 2 of them! Seriously. Same title, 2 different Authors. Both a decent read but one was slightly better IMO.
