Following some of the "timelines" you see on the Epstein story, you'd think things went quiet about him after his 2008 conviction, and the Miami Herald digging it up again around 2016/2017.

Here's a BBC article from 2011 after Prince Andrew resigned as Trade Envoy - for a variety of controversies - including knowing Epstein, and the Virginia Robert (later Giuffre) allegations against him.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-12663378

We obviously didn't have the Epstein files then, just whatever allegations were in the public realm.

Even without the Epstein stuff, he comes across as ignorant, arrogant, entitled, comfortable with corruption and bribery, a bit of a buffoon too - a real piece of work.

“He worked for - but did not receive a salary from - the government body UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), which reports jointly to the Foreign Office and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

UKTI describes the role as "promoting UK business internationally, marketing the UK to potential inward investors, and building relationships in support of UK business interests".

For me, this is the part of the current investigation focusing on the “standards in public office” offences, that I believe will consign it ultimately to the dust heap - this was a very informal arrangement organised at the behest of the then reigning monarch -he reported to no-one and was beholding to no-one. Everything I imagine was by “gentleman’s agreement” or similar.

I don’t believe there’s a hope in hell on pinning anything on Andrew under this legislation - what I believe is the true purpose of the investigation, is to explore what evidence there is around sexual abuse of trafficked victims and minors- if there is evidence, it will most definitely proegess to trial if there’s even a scintilla of a chance of success.

Very possible. Other girls have said Maxwell was into BDSM had a collection of whips etc. and was sadistic.

Les Wexner denies receiving massages from women or girls.

Wexner's lawyer caught on microphone saying 'I'll kill you if you answer another question with more than five word's okay' to Wexner.

Lawyers for imprisoned British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell are fighting the requested release of 90,000 pages related to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell, saying a law used to force the public release of millions of documents is unconstitutional.

The lawyers filed papers late Friday in Manhattan federal court to try to block the release of documents from a since-settled civil defamation lawsuit brought a decade ago by the late Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre against Maxwell. The Justice Department recently asked a judge to lift secrecy requirements on the files.

Maxwell's attorneys said the Justice Department obtained the documents — otherwise subject to secrecy orders — improperly during its criminal probe of Maxwell. They said the documents include transcripts of over 30 depositions and private information regarding financial and sexual matters related to Maxwell and others.

Some records from the year-long exchange of evidence in the lawsuit battle were already released publicly in response to a federal appeals court order.

Maxwell’s lawyers say a law Congress passed in December to force the release of millions of Epstein-related documents violates the Constitution’s separation of powers doctrine.

“Congress cannot, by statute, strip this Court of the power or relieve it of the responsibility to protect its files from misuse. To do so violates the separation of powers,” wrote the lawyers, Laura Menninger and Jeffrey Pagliuca about the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Wexner denying speculation about his relationship with Epstein.

Also, TYT is showing excerpts from the Epstein files including from diary of 16 year old who accused Jean Luc Brunel and Leon Black. Brunel was in the modeling industry. She also accused Maxwell of using rods that made her bleed. Evil.

Reform UKs Treasurer Nick Candy is in the Epstein files. Reform UK candidate Laila Cunningham walks out when its brought up on Piers Morgan show.

    hqdefault.jpg

The Guardian reported on February 3rd.

At his press conference Nigel Farage acknowledges that he is mentioned 37 times in the Epstein files. But he says he never met Jeffrey Epstein. He say Nick Candy, the party’s treasurer, exchanged emails with Epstein, over a potential property sale. But Farage says he is not aware of anyone else in his party having dealings with Epstein.

This is getting insane. Somebody has allegedly filmed GM on the street in Quebec.

If it is not her then she has a doppleganger. Even more bizarre the woman is talking to a man who looks exactly like GMs brother!

Mandelson is a very powerful background figure and was instrumental in the rising of Tony Blair and new Labour. Tony Blair had to demote him for some minor scandal and had him for Northern Secretary, when Mandleson wanted to be in London. He is a powerful backroom figure. Madelson made deals and quashed individual who didnt support Blair to get Blair where he was and rise the New Labour Party to office.

New revelations about ex Prince Andrews former aide David Stern ties to Epstein, and a business deal with China.

Also that Epstein hired private detectives to hide evidence in storage units across the US.

The storage lockers news will just feed the story that we haven’t seen even a quarter of the files that could exist - I imagine he did use storage space companies to store sensitive information - but what gets me is the photographs of him with the victims- why would you allow yourself to be photographed with a person whom you’re abusing? Maybe it’s a glimpse into his mind- that he felt untouchable to the degree he could do what he wanted without any consequences

It's possible as well as child and adult victims, there are also some adults that were consensual relationships in some of these photos. He reportedly had an adult Belarusian girlfriend whom he left money to.

Vast majority were trafficked so consent goes out the window

In their case I agree. But there would probably also be some of his rich and famous adult friends in those images as well. There are emails showing Epstein discussed travel logistics with Goldman Sachs top lawyer (until she resigned over this) Kathy Ruemmler, including invitations and planning about going to his “private island.” These emails include talk of potential flights via private jet from St. Lucia and inquiries about taking a day trip to the island. However, these are invitations and plans in the correspondence, not proof she actually took the trip. She called him "Uncle Jeffrey".

Video below from the Wexner deposition. He's asked about Epstein paying money to someone for "biomedical research", and Trump.

I’m not following this carefully but I see several distinct rings of wrongdoing:

    1. Sex crimes. This should be clearly distinguished from the rest.
    2. Financial shenanigans. It’s hard to believe that Andy and Mandy were deeper in this than Americans and their companies, especially banks and financial outfits. Of course, AMW is also in the more serious category above.
    3. Trading in government secrets, eg Russia, Israel etc. An extension of 2 into non-financial information. Certainly a possibility. Good luck investigating it.
    4. Enabling social rehabilitation. It’s one thing to give qualified support to a relative or close friend after a sex crimes conviction, quite another to joke about his crimes with him, accept his donations to your charitable cause or look for favours and gifts. Many in the global elite, of diverse nationality and political persuasion, showed what they really think about the little people. The wrongs are more venial in this category but should be a wake-up call for the rest of us.

“The wrongs are more venial in this category but should be a wake-up call for the rest of us.”

Whilst I’m not British, I imagine a lot of young Brits are disillusioned with the concept of the Royal Family and simply can’t relate to it - it’s an archaic concept and sets the stage for all the other elite titles and so called “honours”. But as we see in America now, another family, The Trumps, are doing similar- building up coalitions to line their own pockets- we criticise dictatorships whether some South American kip or Saudi Arabia - but really, so called democracies are full of these pigs too

I’m a republican in Canada but agnostic for Britain. If they got that institution down to the size and informality of the Benelux or Scandinavian outfits it might serve some purpose - a familiar, friendly face who represents the country in various ways. It could be reassuring for some to have that continuity and tradition. Succession might have to be looked at more closely too. Perhaps the best candidate should be given the job rather than the next in line? Firing needs to be easier as well. As with any other public post, an age limit is appropriate. 75 is more than enough. Sorry, Charles. William would make a far better case for keeping the show on the road.

Thats not how it works. The divine right of the king to rule comes directly from God. You can’t simply pick the best candidate.
Recently there was a case of an MP who could not take up the seat he was elected to until he swore allegiance to the monarch and all his future heirs and successors.
He swore allegiance to the king but argued he could not swear allegiance to people he did not know. He had to take the full oath to sit in the House of Commons.

"I [name] swear by Almighty God that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles, his heirs and successors, according to law. So help me God".

Well, no, but I’d say if you put the choice to the Windsors of a republic or that option they’d go for (b). There’s no way a modern state could tolerate anybody remotely like Andrew as king. We know too much about these people now.

"The leader is good, the leader is great. We surrender our will as of this date."

Seriously, what the #### is wrong with this world? The royal family and monarchy is a disgusting, antiquated, racist, privileged, elitist institution. They've got their hand and influence in so many facets of British life. From the national anthem(have you ever heard a more narcissistic, indoctrinating national anthem? It reminds me of that Simpsons clip above) to the monarch printed on their money.

There's several South Park episodes that poke ridicule at the monarchy and all the nonsense it entails. I didn't watch Charles becoming king, I wouldn't watch $h1t€ like that, but I seen glimpses on the news and the ceremony was preposterous. What century are we living in?

Anyway, I'll leave it at that, as my disgust for all things monarchy is better off in another thread.

After a scandal, in this case a whole series of them, it’s hard to believe things were allowed to get this bad:

Epstein files that mention accusations against Trump are still on the DOJ website.

    Here is one.

Also below. Wexner is asked about sheriffs allegedly saying "We work for Wexner".

At 10:00 in that video they talk about how Jes Staley, former CEO of JP Morgan's investment bank continued to do business with Epstein post-conviction and according to the emails, Epstein seems to have been able to arrange a meeting between the bank and Benjamin Netanyahu.

Yet we are meant to believe Epstein had no links to intelligence or governments, in this case the Israel government. He had a fake Austrian passport FFS.

Also Wexner knows he is never going to face consequences. He's laughing and doing his Aw shucks grandpa routine, clearly lying.

It is a joke. Ehud Barak was spending so much time in JEs New York townhouse that Israel took over the security there. They had agents actually living in the house, vetting visitors and setting up their own CCTV as well.

Wexner, Epstein, Robert and Ghislaine Maxwell are all tied to Mossad.

Apparently Fergie was hiding out in a Spa Hotel in Donegal this last while if the daily Mail is to be believed

    Well this is just nonsense.

Will people ask themselves a few questions before they make the call that this type of thing is to be believed.

Mod - @drunkmonkey, please post conspiracy theories in the Conspiracy Theory forum, we don't want arguments over things that aren't true. Going to tidy up the thread now.

The head of the World Economic Forum (WEF) stepping down over Epstein isn’t a conspiracy it happend today, the was also mentioning of pandemic planning in the Epstein files release.

Fair enough on some of what I said but take conspiracies out of the equation and well I don’t really know what to call it.
