Why Don't Ryanair sell official "Ryanair" cabin bags that meet their requirements ?

Because they're an airline, not a textile maker.

When they last revised their permitted dimensions I bought a soft shell bag slightly bigger than those dimensions. I don't cram it full and it easily fits into the template frame at the departure gate. I've never once had an issue with it in 20+ Ryanair flights.

People just need to use the brain they were born with and not be seeking stupid and impossible solutions from third parties.

I saw an add for a carry on bag with big tagline "yes it fits even on ryanair" with a photo of it in the bag sizer with the wheels clearly over the line.

they have to buy a lot of new metal size checker thingy’s now too - unless they just use the old ones and hope nobody notices

I dunno typical flight they have no issues deafening passengers trying to flog perfumes and scratch cards

I’ve never had an issue with Ryanair and cabin bag size, it’s not that hard to do it right. It’s humorous watching people trying to beat their bag into the sizer when caught out .

If I thought of all the dozens, maybe hundred times, I have flown RYanair - of how much more I'd have spent if I'd flown with other airlines - it would be a lot of money, or alternatively a lot less flights.

I have never had a problem with them.

I'd be the same now I wouldn't put the seat back unless the person in front of me did the same, and that's just to give myself that extra 2" of space. I'd be slow to kick up a fuss to the person in front of me as well because they might have had the same happen to them. It's tolerable for a short flight but anything over an hour (which a summer flight to spain generally is) is too uncomfortable

What I mean with the checked bag is how I wouldn't bring too much goods into the cabin on a Ryanair flight and instead check a 10kg bag, no limit really then on dimensions and you never really get caught out

Maybe it would limit their ability to charge people large sums at the gate. Think about it.

And fuc*ing scratch cards.
