Hi Folks,
We have been with Sky Ireland for years. Each year finding it increasingly more difficult to get a good deal to renew the Sky Q TV multiroom phone broadband package. Supposedly we are Sky VIP platinum customers. Very reluctant to leave, but despite many conversations with their Loyalty Dept, only a substantial increase was offered. In cancellation mode now. The potential move is overwhelming to us. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. 🙏

Keep ringing back. I rang 2 weeks ago and rang today. Signed for another 12 months today and the difference was 12 euro a month cheaper this week than 2 weeks ago
