Computer keeps timing out, crashing

I built a PC the Summer of 2023. For a several months it worked fine, but in 2024, I started having issues that I wrote about here:

I replaced my GPU and I'm still having issues. My driver times out. The screen will go black. Sometimes it will return. Other times I'll have to restart the computer. Sometimes it crash and make a loud buzzing sound until I turn it off. When this happens, all I'm doing is just browsing Firefox.

Recently, one of the fans would spin very loudly. This happened to me twice at 6am waking me up.

I've installed AMD drivers but made no difference. Updating Windows usually makes it worse. I created restore points and just used one there because it was freezing and crash as I'm writing this.

    Here are my specs:

Here is the card I bought. I've already replaced the card in 2014 and I'm thinking of returning it and buying a different brand, but I don't see an option for returning it on Amazon.de, even though @Spear says there is a 3 year warranty on it.

    Any one have any advice?

I can't remember where I found the warranty info the last time, but when I've tried to search today I can only find either references to a 2 year warranty, or some vague statements saying 2 or 3.

From previous thread unclear if there was any troubleshooting steps taken before GPU replacement. Second GPU with same issues might indicate problem elsewhere.
Was onboard graphics tested, without GPU card ? If so, did the issue replicate?
current BIOS version? see if upgrade available on official site.
What PSU in use? : "Minimum PSU Recommendation 800W"

DISM and SFC will do no harm

I don't see any option to return it on Amazon either.

My power supply actually broke in September and a repair shop gave my a 850W one. My computer now won't even log on to Windows an is stuck in recovery and recovery can't repair it. Any know of an good repair shops on the northside of Dublin?

you mention buzzing? coming through PC speakers? or electrical noise, or sounds like physical vibration?

I could have been coming from the speakers, but when you hear it, you panic and power of the desktop.

Any way, I got Amazon to ring me and they're accepting a return. Any one recommend a new GPU? I would like to avoid AMD after this experience. from reading AMDHelp on Reddit, other are having similar issues.

    That was about PSU.
    What about other questions.

If your computer is crashing constantly, no surprise it'll go to "repair" mode

The PSU died the same year within months of the issue appearing. And you replaced it with a PSU you got from the repair shop. For a 7900XTX a 850W PSU is very much the bare minimum. We'd need to know what those PSUs were as well.

FYI, @smuggler.ie the CPU is the 13400F. No iGPU. 100% on the rest of the questions. Don't forget vbios as well https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?model=rx+7900+xtx
