Hi everyone was hoping to get some advice or feedback..Myself and my partner got our offer letter from the bank last year we went sale agreed on a new build. My partner changed job to something in the same industry but would of been a promotion on the old role and much better salary. The offer expired in Dec and we were given a 6 month extension until June (House due to be ready in May and expect to drawdown then) and his probation waived. Since then its become apartant the manager seems to have a personal issue and has been nothing short of bullying them and I think the probation may not be passed due to this. (Will know next week) If this happens my partner would not struggle to get another job in the industry as they are approached weekly by different companies, however it would not be at at the same role so would be a lower salary.

What are the chances of the mortage completing or are we delusional to even think it won't fall through and we lose the house.

We will speak to our broker immediately when we know next week but just looking for some early advice.

    please no negative comments.
