I know I myself now check on the country of origin for products I buy and I am boycotting buying anything American as much as I can.

We don't know how many Proud Boys and similar have joined ICE and if there is organised infiltration(from the top or the bottom?)

And we don't know if they are targeting people like Alex Pretti who they may see as obstructing their objectives (whatever they are and whether or not they conform with the mandate of ICE)

It sounds to me like Trump wasn't prepared for these protests and was focused on Venezuela instead. I believe he probably would have ordered strikes at the height of the protests had these strike groups been in place. After the mass killing of protesters they have naturally died down.

I do wonder if America started to strike would Iran have the ability to hit their aircraft carriers with their ballistic and hyper sonic missiles? Anyone with military knowledge? Trump could make a bad mistake and see a carrier sunk for the first time since WW2?

Out of interest, when I went to the States many decades ago the customs man at JFK downgraded my 6 month visa to 3 months for his own good reasons.

Some months later I reentered the States at San Diego and the very same man saw me across the hall and bore down on me again.

He looked at my passport and said he should have left me with the 6 months because I had indeed gone to Mexico as I said and had not got a job in the States (which would have been against the rules)

I was astonished he had recognised me some 3000 miles and 3 months away across a crowded concourse.

I assumed they must have had photographic memory on their CV.

If ICE had grudge against Alex it is not impossible the word was put out and the repulsive hand clapping would make more sense in hindsight.
