Anyone got any recent experience?

Conveyancing on new built Dublin apartment, 600k.

you need to find a solicitor, I don't think there are specific conveyancing companies in this country.

go to conveyancing.ie , I got a price from them a few weeks ago, just because they contacted my on email after I signed in to their page, I'm going with a local solicitor that has done me some favours, but the other guys were a bit cheaper, and probably a lot cheaper for someone in Dublin.

Engage a solicitor based on reputation, not on price alone. There is nothing as expensive as a cheap expert!

@ballyharpat Are you an experienced landlord? Dont you use the one solicitor for all your property dealings? I luckily have had very few dealings with solicitors.

Here’s total price from solicitor I’ve used on multiple purchases include PPR and rental investment.

Sorry, I just checked, it's Myconveyance, the prices quoted to me by them are a bit higher than the one posted by Gumbo.

yeah, I use one solicitor for all my purchases. I had a friend that did them, then he went to the council and I had another solicitor, but a needed her company to look after a small item, the guy messed it up and blamed me and told her not to handle my purchases anymore, so now I am using the 'same' one for the last 3 purchases.
