some form of mustelid pine martin or the likes from the way it hops along

As mentioned above, either pine marten/mink ( most likely a pine marten) or a cat with an injury causing it to hop.

I may stand corrected , but in my line of work i come across a lot of spiders when taking down outdoor fixtures and fixings. this looks like a False Widow.
