Hi, anyone have a Sports Extra code? Offered 15per month for 6 months if you try to cancel. Was paying 10e.

Anyone ever face issues getting Boost?

Basically, I had a 6month deal for €3 per month. It expired in November, and since then, I've not been able to take up any offers for Boost, or Boost Ultra

When I've tried voucher codes, once I select the option to Apply Payment, I get an error, and get logged out of my account

When I try paying full whack, €8 per month for Ultra, the same thing happens

When I look under my offers, there is an offer, of regular boost for 6 months for €3 per month, but when I try to apply that, I get a different error

I've been on to Customer Support, and they've been useless. They gave me other codes to try, but have the same issue.

Then they told me to try again in a few days. This is despite the fact I've been trying since November

Now they've told me that they've escalated the issue, but I wont hold my breath.

I'd cancel my account, and create a new one, but I've all my sports lined up until June

I can subscribe to Ultra Boost but only for the standard pricing of 8 Eur/m. No chance to receive an offer by terminating or thereafter.

Is the email address associated with your account verified? I noticed that my deal for boost had ended and I was being charged €5 again. I went through the cancel process and was offered it for €3 til August, but when the payment screen loaded, I was logged out. Logged back in and there was a message to verify the email address associated with my account. Once I did this, I went through boost cancellation again and I was able to claim the €3 boost offer. Worth a go.

Im same - very little in the way of offers over the last 2 years.

I just cancelled the €15pm sports deal as it was finished on the 14 of next month. Got offered €15.5pm for 6 months, was on the fence for a minute but took the offer. Have sports extra for €10pm too so it's an ok bundle.

Were you in the final month of your Sports membership when you received the €13.50 cancellation offer?
