WiFi thermostat for dual fuel rad

I'm looking for a WiFi controlled thermostat for a dual fuel towel rad. I use the central heating to warm the rad in the winter but obviously don't want to use central heating in the summer.
I will be changing the rad, so I would install the electric heater when it is fitted.
There are plenty of the disc type thermostats that screw into the radiator but they are just basic timer/thermostats. I want a WiFi type that can be programmed for 7 days. There are others that are primarily designed for underfloor heating that aren't really suitable for controlling a towel radiator.
Any suggestions for a sensibly priced WiFi thermostat? I don't want to be paying several hundred Euros for one.

Do you want a thermostat because you want the room at a particular temperature, or is a timer sufficient to just have a burst of heat to do the towels?

I've a shelly on my (250W) electric towel heater, and a shelly thermostat on the windowsill. Feedback loop is managed by Home Assistant but you could just do it with the shelly app. I put it on for a burst every morning regardless, and at a few points during the day to boost the temperature a bit. That rad isn't connected to the central heating.

I want to control the on/off time and temperature of the radiator when the central heating is not being used. Typically I would use a time of On at 06.30 and Off at 09.30 and again On at 19.00 and Off at 21.00, temperature of 22 deg C.

If there any non-WiFi controllers that connect directly to the towel rad and do the job, they would do.
