    Hi,

Just looking to see if there's any gathering before the gig in town on Saturday afternoon?

Not sure of any gatherings before this, but bringing my daughter to the gig. Stupidly got standing tickets, not realising it was 14+ to stand (never brought my kids to 3 Arena before). Ticketmaster being difficult and not swapping for a seated ticket, even though I'm willing to pay the difference. Anyone know if they're strict on this (she's 10, but tall for her age)?

Holy Fcuk lads, its the 9th January and that's gonna be hard to beat for gig of the year. Tonight's gig in Belfast was stunning. Surprisingly tight for the first gig of the tour, crowd were well up for it, band were on form, including temp bassist Naomi. You're in for a treat tomorrow night.

Also well worth going to see Soft Play as the support if you like punk. They were great craic. Brilliant stage presence.

Top top gig last night, well worth the spin up from Dublin as I can’t get to tonight. Stage production, set list and energy all brilliant

Hoping they announce something bigger and outdoors after the arena leg of the tour the show is well suited to it! ATN festival maybe??

What a gig!! Really enjoyed it, they gave every ounce of energy to each song. Naomi was to the manor born. Unfortunately had to leave after Machines to make sure I got out of the carpark and home with a 10 year old! We listened to them all the way home in the car, she mentioned how they sound exactly the same live as the albums. Impressive!

They were fantastic!! My wife and I really really enjoyed it. Last time we saw them was in Kilmainham 12 years ago! Theyre an unbelievable live band

Class gig. Enjoyed Soft Play and even said it to the Mrs that they were essentially a copy of a band called Slaves who we had seen supporting Kasabian a few years back in the 3 arena. Didn't realise they were the same band until I googled them after their set. Haven't listened to them in years. Surprised they didn't play the London song as I had that on rotation back in the day.

Biff were simply outstanding. Stage set up and framing was excellent. Naomi looked like part of the furniture, slotted straight in. Live blows the records out the window as the songs just explode. Wish they finished with something different and put Many of Horrors in the middle of the set as I think it would work better but sure what would I know.

agree on many of horror. Great song but I think for the long term biff fans it probably doesn’t need to be last song every time. The likes of mountains and bubbles get big fan reactions

stinging belle for me is their best final song

last time I saw them it was Mountains last. Think it’s their best tune to end on. I was happy though as had to head early anyway. Made sure we stayed for Machines, such a great song.

Thoroughly enjoyable night at the Three Arena last night. Biffy were class - they really pour everything into their performances. The sound was fantastic - always find the three a bit hit and miss in that regard but it was totally on point last night. Crowd were brilliant too!

I dont know when they started serving guinness there again but that was a delightful surprise 🤣

First time seeing them, was fun the moshing and the singing along, but also there was a constant yap yap yap all around me all f*cking night which is so head wrecking, and I was fairly close to the front, the last few years it's gotten so much worse, wish I had a taser gun to use on the stupid c*nts.

Loved Soft Play, the mad bastards.

why did they use that "smaller" 3 arena set up in the standing area with the partition half way into the standing.

just meant a bottle neck around the walkway in with people just going in and standing right near the entrance and if you wanted to leave for toilet/drink had to navigate back through them.

eventually moved through the crowd and was huge spaces to left quite near the stage - wasn't seeing reason for that set up.
